Korea University (KU) hosted a play in Inchon Memorial Hall for two days, November 4 and 6. The play is called Love Actually and consists of all professional actors who usually act in Hyehwadong. KU was able to host the play thanks to Godae Gonggamdae, the KU student body. Love Actually is about the story of a long-run couple who have gone through hardships that all couples will face once in a while. The story starts with a TV show which introduces one story of a couple who has been seeing each other for more than ten years. Love Actually plays out this couple starting from when they first met to their current state. Even with only three actors appearing in the play, the stage was full of energy and humor.

The play was a success and nearly all the seats in Inchon Memorial Hall were full. The 46th student council Godae Gonggamdae president Hwang Soon Yeong ('10, Political Science and International Relations) said before the play’s curtains rose up, “I was not certain whether this event would be successful. However it is very satisfying as a president to see so many people turn up to Love Actually. Thank you.”

Many events are hosted at KU by the student body. KU students thus can enjoy numerous events on campus at a low price.
