As 2015 is reaching its end, the 47th Korea University Student Association (KUSA) is also seeing its end. Meanwhile, some students are already getting ready for 2016. The candidates for next year's KUSA are proceeding their electioneering campaign around the campus.

The first candidate team is Go:On, with Shin Hong-Gyu ('13, Sociology) as the main candidate and Seo Dong-Gwon ('11, Biomedical Engineering) as his running mate. Their election pledges are mainly focused on "students' rights, change in the educational system, revitalization and maintenance of the student society, voicing the opinions of the youth, and questioning so-called traditions within the Korea University (KU)".

The second candidate team is Byeoljari, with Park Sae-Hoon ('13, Political Science and International Relations) as the main candidate with Ahn So-Hyun ('13, Mathematics Education) as his running mate. This team's election pledges circle around "educational changes, students' welfare, student autonomy, voicing KU in the Korean society, and changes to KU's festivals". Details of both teams' election pledges are available in the policy materials provided by the Central Election Management Commission.
 
Electioneering has started on November 16 and lasts until December 1. Joint electioneering is planned on November 23 at the Nobel Plaza and on November 25 at the People's Square. Public hearings and open forums are scheduled for three days from November 25. The voting period lasts from December 2 until 4, and the ballot box opening is on the last day of voting.
