Upcoming June 4, at 4 P.M., Korea University (KU) Office of International Affairs holds a talk concert with Mark W. Lippert, the United States (U.S.) Ambassador to the Republic of Korea. Lippert previously held senior position in the Department of Defense from May 2012 until September 2014, as a Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense and Assistant Secretary of Defense for Asian and Pacific Security Affairs.

This talk concert aims KU students to improve their understanding of U.S-Korean relations and go step forward to be a global leader. After the 10 minutes of short speech of Lippert about U.S.–Korean relations, participants are expected to freely discuss together about the topic.

KU students whoever are interested in can apply for the concert until June 2, 5 P.M. Besides, there are three things for applicants to take in consideration; 1) Applicants are required to fill out the form in advance, through http://goo.gl/forms/hvHwsoufdR, otherwise, they are not allowed to enter the hall. 2) This talk concert recruits only 230 students by first come, first serve basis due to the safety problems. 3) The talk concert is solely conducted in English, and there is no translation available.
