South Korea is known for its rigorous and competitive academic scene. High academic achievements in the country play a crucial role in judging one’s level of accomplishment during college and act as the foundation for any future occupational pursuit. Furthermore, stress induced by academic matters appears to be unavoidable, especially in an environment as prestigious and selective as Korea University (KU). In this survey, The Granite Tower (GT) aims to unveil KU students’ insights and coping mechanisms against academic stress.
