Korea’s food delivery industry has shown rapid growth over the past few years. Food delivery services are almost inseparable from the daily lives of those living in a busy, demanding society, wherein convenience and efficiency prevail. With just a few clicks, anyone can order almost any type of food anywhere and around the clock. Over time, food delivery platforms have continued to add cherries on top to improve their services regarding delivery and customer service. However, there are also criticisms targeting expensive delivery fees and the excessive use of disposables. For this month’s issue, The Granite Tower (GT) conducted a survey on the overall experience and satisfaction of Korea University (KU) students in using food delivery services.
