How is college life? People in their twenties stay up all night completing their team projects with snacks beside them, get drunk after eating a bunch of munchies, and consume over five meals a day filming mukbang with colleagues. Then, after months, they come to realize their cupcake bellies popping above their pants line. In such conditions, there are some Korea University (KU) friends who break up their seconds to get healthier than before. They are trying out for a brand new way to make a fit body line and declare war on those cupcake fats.

It is not solely for that purpose but I exercise through voluntary works. By activities such as carrying coals for poor people, I make both my body and soul healthy. I do not only make myself and others happy through voluntary works, but also increase the entire momentum of my body. I believe this is the most desirable way for college students to exercise using their precious time.

I have a busy college life, yet am gaining weight. Then I thought of a trivial but still effective method to lose weight. Every class time, I try to sit with both my legs together as much as possible. It is very painstaking indeed, since it requires much attention and perseverance. I have seen no effect so far, but I believe there will be some if I try a bit harder.

I am a student in the School of Media, and my future dream is to become a PD. I found a brilliant way to exercise while working for my dream at the same time. I often film short documentaries and videos; and moving shooting equipments like cameras and tripod is quite backbreaking. They are extremely heavy and I can feel myself gaining muscles and losing weight.

Many people take part in existing club activities that run in a regular phase, but I decided to take a road not taken by creating a club myself. The club I have founded is a dancing group named “JJ.” I made such a decision because I deemed that establishing one myself may be better for me to dance whenever I want to. Rather than dancing within a given amount of time by partaking in existing clubs, I believe my choice greatly helps me exercise much.
