This month’s theme is “Health.” Our health is of great value but is rather overlooked when we are young. More so in our age group, being healthy seems to come after being beautiful, being comfortable, doing the things we love, and striving to be successful. Our Cover Story dives in to identify some of the most common threats that university students face. We hope to alarm students that their habits can have a detrimental effect on health, if not now then later on. We also focus on physical and mental fitness, hoping our fellow students will make an effort to look after both.

As the June issue will be my last one to put out as editor-in-chief, I come with mixed feelings to write this letter. The Granite Tower (GT) has been a part of my university life from the very beginning. I remember how anxious I was for my first interview and how exhausted I felt after pulling all-nighters. I met some of the most inspiring people and made good friends with whom I share similar experiences and interests. Although I am not sure which memories will stick, I know that this time has shaped me for the better. There is no doubt that I will miss it. All the thank you’s go to the people who helped me and encouraged me throughout.
