The 2016 Future Leaders Program, held by the Korea University Career Development Center, is just about to begin its three month journey, starting on November 25th. The Future Leaders Program offers undergraduates with an opportunity to participate in workshops and lectures that would help develop their leadership skills.

Any Korea University undergraduate who has finished more than two semesters and less than eight can apply for the program. The registration period has started on November 7 and will finish on November 17. Applicants who have passed the document examination will be given a chance to join the Future Leaders workshop held from November 25to 26. During the Future Leaders workshop, students will complete the Logical and Design Thinking Process.

After the workshop, 40 students will be chosen as the final participants of the program to obtain the opportunity to join the second Future Leaders Project, which will provide the needed education for their ultimate goal of finishing a project of their own. The final 40 students will also receive the “Jin-ri scholarship” of 500,000 won.

In order to join the program, applicants must download the required format from the Future Leaders Program website (http://www.kuflp.com) and upload the application on the program application section.

Choi Jin, the manager of the program, delightfully explained that the program will offer students with real-life leadership lessons that cannot be learned in class.
