It’s the day before the grand finale of the 2016 Korea University (KU) festival week—Ipselenti “Jiya Hamsung” (Roar of Wisdom and Wildness) – “ONE”. Despite the very cloudy weather, anticipation continues to be tangible in the air throughout the day. Today also marks the last day of the 2016 KU Granite Tower Festival "KURUMARBLE."

The fourth and last day of KURUMARBLE is filled with fun activities and festivities. Unfortunately, the huge trampoline that made so many KU students ecstatic the day before broke. Still, the festival has many other activities to assuage the disappointment. One of the fun activities KURUMARBLE has in store for KU students today is Kolor rUn, a fun run that involves colored powder explosions. It appears to have been inspired from the popular 5k marathon, “Color Me Rad.”

Other events students can enjoy include “Krazy Arcade,” a large-scale water gun warfare, and the “Duet Song Festival” where people compete to be named the best singer. “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Liquor” continued to boast a more than modest success. A gigantic waterslide was also installed in the Central Plaza for students to enjoy. The festivities concluded with the closing ceremony. Tomorrow, Ipselenti “Jiya Hamsung” will be held at the KU Green Field and will feature celebrity performances and cheering sessions led by KU Cheerleaders. Entrance will begin at 12:00 P.M.
